Q. How and when will I receive my school supplies?
A. As long as your order was placed before the noted deadline of your school, you will receive your order approximately one week prior to the first day of school or sooner.
Q. What is your return and refund policy?
A. We want you to be happy! Please contact us if any item is damaged or not to your satisfaction and we’ll make it right.
Q. How can my child's school partner with Snapsak for fundraising?

Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Our privacy policy is simple. We don’t sell or rent our customers’ information to anyone for any reason. We also maintain the highest levels of security for our computer servers.
Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept Paypal and major credit cards through Paypal.
Q. What brands do you sell?
A. We sell well-known and trusted brands such as Crayola, Elmer’s and Fiskars. For those items which are not associated with well-known brands and can be easily substituted without sacrificing quality (such as pencils or folders), we look for the best prices to save you money.
Q, Do you use eco-friendly products?
A. We try to be eco-friendly by offering recycled products when possible and we also used recycled packaging when shipping orders.
